Order cut-off. Orders received after Thursday 6 PM are scheduled for the following week's cycle.
Capacity. During busy periods our weekly capacity is limited. Even orders placed before the cut-off may be moved to the next week if we cannot accommodate the full volume – we will notify you directly if your order is affected.
