How it works
Three steps, then it looks after itself.
- Choose your productsPick anything from the range, at least $50 of products, and select “Subscribe” instead of one-time purchase.
- We send your box every four weeksYour card is charged automatically on the cutoff Thursday, and your box goes into that week’s run.
- Your 4th box rewards youAll your savings from boxes 1 to 4 come off, delivery is free, and the count starts again.
Charges, reminders and cutoffs
Every Club box follows our weekly order cutoff: Thursday at 6pm.
We remind you
An email and SMS the day before your box is charged, so there are never any surprises.
Your box is charged
Change or skip any time before 6pm. After that your box is locked in for that week.
On your area’s day
Your exact charge date and delivery date are always shown in My Account.
Changing your box
- Skip a box, up to 3 in a row. Your Club progress is kept.
- Add products to your next box only, or to every box.
- Remove or swap products. Your box stays at $50 or more.
- Cancel anytime. Savings not yet used on a 4th box end with it.
If a payment doesn’t go through
- We email and SMS you straight away with a link to pay.
- Pay by midnight that Thursday and your box stays in that week.
- Otherwise your box moves to the following week, and later boxes move a week too.
- We remind you on Wednesday and try your card again that Thursday at 6pm.
Good to know
- Weighed products: savings are worked out on the final weighed price.
- Share Ukola points can be used on Club boxes too (terms).
- Sending a gift? Add a message at checkout and we print it on the label.
