Your friend gets $10 off their first order of $50 or more.
Every time your friend buys, you get 10% of what they pay back in points. 1 point = $1. Points are whole numbers: 50c and over rounds up.
Your points unlock after your friend’s 4th order, then keep coming for as long as they buy.
Use points on any order, even the whole order (delivery not included). Points last 12 months from the day they unlock.
Terms
Who runs it. Share Ukola is run by Hooked ‘n’ Smoked Pty Ltd (“we”). You need a Hooked ‘n’ Smoked account to earn and use points.
Who counts as a friend. A friend is a person who has never ordered from us before and places their first order using your link. Each friend can be linked to one person only, and the first link used counts. You cannot refer yourself, your own accounts, or anyone ordering with your phone number or to your own delivery address.
Friend’s welcome. $10 off the friend’s first order, when the products in that order come to $50 or more. One per person and per household. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
How points are earned. You earn points equal to 10% of what your friend actually pays for products (delivery not included), rounded to the nearest whole point (50c and over rounds up). Points are earned only from money we have received. You only earn from friends you refer directly, not from people they refer.
When points unlock. Points show as “unlocking” until your friend has paid for 4 orders. After that, all their earlier points unlock and new points unlock straight away.
Using points. 1 point = $1 off products. Points are used automatically on your next orders, including subscription boxes, and can pay for all of the products in an order. On Ukola Club boxes (including the 4th box), points pay whatever is left after Club credit; on Club boxes 1 to 3 the part that goes into your Club savings is paid normally and comes back to you on box 4. An order never goes below $0. Points cannot be used on delivery.
Points are not money. Points have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred or exchanged for cash or gift cards.
Expiry. Points expire 12 months after they unlock. Unused points are lost if your account is closed.
Refunds and cancellations. If your friend’s order is refunded or cancelled, the points earned from it are removed. If those points were already used, the same amount is taken from points you earn later. If your own order is cancelled, the points you used on it are returned to you.
Weighed products. For products priced by weight, points are worked out on the final weighed price once the balance is settled.
Fair use. We may cancel points or remove you from Share Ukola if we reasonably believe the program is being misused, for example fake accounts or self-referral.
Changes. We may change or end Share Ukola with 30 days’ notice on this page. Points already unlocked can still be used for 30 days after the program ends.
Your rights. These terms do not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
